Helping Whistler-ites Return To Play Since 2015

More Than a Quick Fix

You know that feeling — you leave a treatment floating, pain-free, full of hope. Then a day or two later, it’s back. And the worst part is, you’re left wondering what happened — and what to do next.

I want to change that narrative.

After more than a decade of treating pain and movement issues, I’ve seen what offers temporary relief, and what actually creates long-term change.

Pain doesn’t show up out of nowhere. It builds over time — from old injuries, stress, compensation, and daily habits. One session might take the edge off, but unless we address the root cause, and stick to a proven plan — it doesn’t last.

That’s why my approach is different.

The Mend Method

Precision care built on the Exstore™ System and shaped by experience.

Each treatment blends orthopedic acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, and corrective exercise.

Together, we get to the source of dysfunction, restore performance, and create change that lasts.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Assess

We begin by assessing your overall health, posture, strength, and mobility to uncover dysfunctions that may be at the root cause of your pain or problem.

  • Reset

Treatment starts by addressing imbalances found on your initial exam to improve function, reduce pain and support a strong physiological foundation.

  • Restore

We can now effectively release the areas of tension that have built up over time to improve your bodies overall performance in a meaningful way that lasts.

Guided By Our Signature Pain To Performance Plan

No confusion. No guessing. Just a tailored plan that works.

Because, let’s be honest — real change takes time.

But how much time, really? Days? Months? Years?
That depends — on your condition, your goals, and how consistently we work together.

But to feel like you’re on the right path — moving better, hurting less, and finally understanding what your body needs? How long does that take?

Here, we find most people feel a shift within the first 1–3 visits. But lasting results typically take 10–12 sessions — no shortcuts here, sorry! Just consistent effort — because that’s what actually works.

You make time for work, training, and the people who matter. Your health deserves that same level of invesment.

Our Pain to Performance Plan is a mapped-out treatment plan that has proven itself time and time again in clinic as the most efficient, effective, and reliable way to create lasting change.

This isn’t one-and-done care. It’s a clear, step-by-step system to reset what’s not working, recover strong movement patterns, and maintain your progress for the long haul — so you can move better, feel better, and keep doing what you love.

Now — what would you be doing if pain wasn’t holding you back?

Our Pain To Performace Plan moves through three phases with each one building on the last.

We start with 2x/week visits and taper to monthly maintenance based on your individual progress and goals.

Most people move through in 10-12 sessions, it’s not a quick fix — but this way results last.

  • Phase 1: Correct

Find the root cause of your pain and relieve acute symptoms.

We calm down what's overworking and re-activate what’s not. This is where we lay the foundation by resetting your muscle patterns and restoring better movement control.

    → 2x/week for 2-3 weeks

  • Phase 2: Perform

Restore confident, pain-free movement and long-term recovery.

With the foundation in place, we address compensations — improving joint control, refining muscle balance, and reinforcing better movement habits to support long-term recovery.

    → 1x/week for 3-6 weeks

  • Phase 3: Maintain

Sustain progress, reduce injury risk, and support your active lifestyle.

Now that things are working well, we help keep them that way. Monthly tune-ups help you stay ahead of flare-ups, manage stress and help you perform at your best.

    → 1-2x/month as needed
